Class Descriptions:

Rise and Spin: An invigorating 30-45 minute cycling class.Come crush those sleepy mornings.
Barre: Barre is a dynamic blend of poses inspired by ballet, pilates and yoga. Barre is a full body workout designed for everyone and all levels no previous experience needed. Barre workouts build strength, increase flexibility and fine tone the body.
Rebel Ride: A 40-50 minute cycling class that will pump you up and is a great warm up for our yoga class.
Happy Hour Power Flow: -Practice some basic yoga poses as well as learning some new and challenging poses to grow your practice. This is a Vinyasa Flow style class.
Pound Fit: Find your inner rock star, this is a full body workout with a fun fusion of drumming, choreography and rhythm.
Night Owl Yoga: For those of you that have a schedule keeping you from our morning classes. Every Tuesday and Thursday we offer a class created for you. All levels welcome!
Align and Flow: An alignment based flow class that will invigorate the body and awaken the mind. A moderately physical class suitable for all levels offering alignment and pose education, use of props, and modifications delivered and compassionate instruction. Increase strength and stability, improve balance and develop greater flexibility. This class will leave you feeling centered and energized.
Ahimsa: (meaning no harm or harm none) This class is a slow-paced Vinyasa style practice, suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. The focus of this class will be centered on creating body-breath synchronization, keeping the integrity and correct alignment of poses, all with the intention of creating a deeper connection between mind, body and spirit.
Weekend Warrior: An hour long ride with plenty of hills, climbs and sprints.
We recommend some cycling experience, however you can take part in as
much or as little as you are able.
