Monday 

8:15-9:00 am  Rise and Spin – an invigorating 30-45 minute cycling class. Come crush those sleepy mornings

9:00 – 10:15 am Morning Glow – This class is suitable for all levels. Focus is placed on the integrity of each pose.

12:00-12:45 pm  Noon Crush – An action packed 30 minute  cardio cycling class that will get you back to the office feeling invigorated.

4:30-5:30 pm  Rebel Ride – a 40-50 minute cycling class that will pump you up and is a great warm up for our yoga class.

5:30-6:30 pm Happy Hour Power Flow – practice some basic yoga poses as well as learning some new and challenging poses to grow your practice. This is a Vinyasa Flow style class.

Tuesday

6:00- 7:00 pm Pound Fit – find your inner rock star, this is a full body workout with a fun fusion of drumming, choreography and rhythm.

Wednesday

Saturday

8:30-9:30 am Weekend Warrior –  an hour long ride with plenty of hills, climbs and sprints. We recommend some cycling experience, however you can take part in as much or as little as you are able.

9:30-10:30 am  Yoga Love –  This class is appropriate for all levels

Pricing:

Unlimited Membership $50.00 a month

One week membership $20.00

Drop in day pass $15.00

workshops are priced separately and personal training is determined on an individual basis

Owner: Lauri Brown is certified Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga instructor, certified spin instructor, certified Pound Fit Pro and Aerial Yoga instructor.

Erin Dafoe: Certified Spin Instructor, pound apprentice

Tara Caroselli: Certified Hatha yoga instructor and Yamana Practitioner

Kim Kaines: Certified Spin Instructor.
