As the owner/founder of Stay Twisted my background began with Yoga, which I have been teaching for about 14 years and in Ludington. MI  for four years now.  My style is Bikram and I am currently earning a second Certification for Vinyasa. I am Spin and Pound Fit Certified and we continue to grow in new and exciting ways adding Yamana Rolling workshops and Aerial Yoga.

We work at a “personal pace” @ Stay Twisted Yoga and welcome students at all levels.  Our space is warm, friendly and welcoming to all.  I do hope you will come and join us….I promise you will be glad you did.

PRIVATE GROUPS

We are happy to create special events for your private party!!!

We can create this event to your specifications in studio or at a Preffered site of your choosing!!!

Bridal showers, team meetings, family bonding, are just a few of the inspirations for booking a private group event!

WORKSHOPS

We frequently offer specialty worshops specific to a particular branch of our client’s interests. Advertising for these workshops are currently on our Facebook page or posted via flyers at the studio.

These classes are seperate from membership and are not included in our regular classes. Prices and sign up methods are seperate from membership as well. You need not be a member to attend our workshops.

Beginner workshop is a beautifully orchestrated beginning Yoga class. Providing details and indepth explanation of basic poses and proper form and modifications.

Aerial workshop is a fun and challenging workshop offered in Aerial hammocks!!! Learn to stretch, play, fly and flip in these amazing and beautiful silks!!

Massage workshops are periodically offered. These are of course, single, private sessions booked ahead of time. Hot oil, deep tissue massage is provided in our private and beautiful studio environment. Our  licensed and experienced Massage Therapist will wash away your stress and release those tight muscles.

Meditation workshops are offered for students who know they probably should or could benefit from a meditation practice, but just do not know where to begin or how to go about a proper meditation. Tips and practice for posture, set up and even a guided meditation are included in this fun, informative and relaxing workshop.
